The Shadows Behind A Book
Recently I was interviewed about ghostwriting and the question came up again: how do I feel about not getting credit for writing?
I’m fine with it.
I have always enjoyed writing, working on the craft and finding that way to the story. Ghostwriting is collaborating. It’s adapting someone’s ideas to a book format.
The truth is, I write a lot of things I don’t want my name on. It’s not my story. But I have the tools to help tell the story. My own writing is a different direction but I enjoy the challenge of adapting someone else’s story or idea to a book that connects with readers.
